There are 5 suites in the building, each with their own entrance, Paraiso Suite # 6 is located upstairs. As you enter the living area, you will see the spanish balcony overlooking town, the lighthouse and coastline. The living area opens up into the bedroom, via french doors, where the ocean view is enjoyed from both rooms, opening up the living/bedroom area, giving you at the same time privacy when you close the doors. The living area opens up into the diningroom and a fully functional kitchenette with mexican tiles and cabintry.

The bedroom has an old fashioned wood bed overlooking the caribbean ocean, with it´s beautiful sunsets seen from your balcony, bed and/or living area. The suite has been remodeled with Spanish colonial style furniture and bright mexican colors, combining beauty and functionality with the efficient kitchen serving as a bar, and the living room with a futon sofa for extra guests.

Maid service can be arranged every other day, as well as a meal plan with the restaurant down below, delivered to your suite or downstairs in the dining room.

One bedroom, one bath (smaller condo next door is also for sale, to make into a large 2 bedroom condo), ocean front view, fully furnished, in case is for vacation rental purposes, mexican decor and tiles, minisplit AC, double futon sofa in living room, ocean balcony, street side balcony (great for Carnivale or Mardi Gras!) Colonial furniture, kitchenette, 3 blocks to main plaza.
