Fractional Ownership Condos

These club condos are located in the heart of Mexico’s Riviera Maya in Puerto Aventuras, just 55 minutes south of the Cancun International Airport and ten minutes away from Playa Del Carmen.

These condos are for sale under a fractional ownership plan. Fractional ownership has some similar characteristics with time shares. However, fractional ownership is different in the sense that you get much more value for your money than with time shares. Fractional ownership offers more space, higher value amenities, more luxury, better locations, easier financing than time shares. In response to a desire for more use of an upscale vacation property than offered by time shares, but without the cost and responsibilities of a wholly-owned second home, fractional ownership in luxury condominiums are experiencing very high demand.

    In this project the fractional ownership is based on four week periods. The ownership fees for each individually owned four week period (each year) are calculated by the size of each individual villa. Currently these fees are estimated at US$900 for a one bedroom villa, US$1,400 for a two bedroom villa and US$1,740 for a three bedroom villa. They include electricity, water, internet, cable TV.
    Each period is based on four consecutive weeks, totaling 13 periods a year. Ownership calendar starts in 2007 from 13- Jan to 10 – Feb (first period) and last period is 15-Dec to 12 Jan 2008, 2008 starts on Jan-12 to Feb 9), and so on.
