This project consists of 102, one bedroom (900 ft2) condominium suites, each with its own private balcony. The condominuim project is located behind a park complex, on the beach, with membership in the exclusive beach club.

The buildings are professionally engineered and made of heavy steel-reinforced concrete. One of the builders is an American who has been a major developer in California for many years and who has lived in Huatulco for about eight years.

The condo project consist of a series of three-storied buildings arranged around a central swimming pool garden complex behind a park on the beach and only 200 feet from the beach club. Some of the rooms have ocean/mountain views and others in the back and on the lower floors have more accessibility to the outdoors and the garden-swimming pool complex. Pricing is according to location and pre-sale prices start at US$165,000 per unit, regular priced units will be offered at US$224,000. Quarter shares are available. These differ from time-shares in that you actually own title to the property and gain use for one fourth of the year. The unit can be occupied or rented out during that time period.

Quartershare ownership opportunities are available starting at $38,000 USD, depending on the season. For units priced at US$179,000 from September 16 through December 15 quarter share is US$38,000, December 16 through March 15 is US$85,000, March 16 through June 15 is US$40,000 and June 16 through September 15 is US$58,000.
