This beachfront is a very spacious and comfortably furnished three bedroom home located directly on the Malecon (waterfront), in the most desirable area of San Felipe, a picturesque village on the east Baja coast along the Sea of Cortez, 120 miles south of the Mexicali border crossing. It is conveniently located with immediate access to a beautiful beach, great restaurants, banking, shopping and entertainment. There are several “convenience” stores within a few steps of the house.

Ideal for vacationing families or couples, Casa Cristal is available for short-term rentals (daily, weekend, weekly or monthly) and offers the following features:
- Unobstructed views of the vast Sea of Cortez from gated patios and interior living/dining room areas
- Climate control with individual room air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout
- Private sleeping accommodations for six to eight persons; maximum occupancy of ten persons, including children
- Fully and comfortably furnished; all linens / towels are provided (except beach towels)
- Fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots/pans/utensils, dishes/glassware, etc)
- Color television, San Diego satellite programming (including sports), and DVD player available in the living room; color TV and VCR with family oriented videos available in the twin-bed room
- Bilingual property manager is available during the period of your stay
- Parking is available in the street in proximity to the house
- Departure cleaning is provided. Weekly rentals include mid-week housekeeping service.
